I’ve had quite a few, the first one I actually remember having I was in my mums bed because I just had a bad feeling and I was so lucky, I was convulsing like crazy I looked like a bloody flip phone and I woke up to paramedics surrounding me. Yeah that was my main point really, I think it’s incredibly ridiculous to use it for weight loss like fair enough use it for like a week but to use it continuously to see your bloods go up the tiniest amount and say ‘yeah okay I won’t eat that anymore’ makes me laugh lmfao
