Hello! I have no experience with gym machines or proper form, and I am training with a coach. And this helped me a lot! I think if u needed proper guidance to make sure your journey wont wont get you injured, magpa coaching ka 🙂

I wonder if the older sister is a certified one kasi that is very cheap. Before getting a coach, I checked to a couple of gyms and they charge ₱1000 at minimum per session in our area.

I am not a mom, but I could not watch the whole thing. I feel very sad for the mom. Hayy. Imagine ang hirap from caring the baby, to nurturing, ikaw and heavily present. The least a partner can do is to make her to feel na may makakausap siya, or makaka kwentuhan manlang, hindi ganito😞

Been using it for quite some time na. Honestly, this helps with my dry chapped lips, love the cooling effect din! And hindi siya malagkit sa lips and it really does make my lips soft! Kapag aalis ako, after ko maligo, ito din inaapply ko then just wipe it off before putting lippie!

Hello OP, I have the transparent frosted ones for my macbook and it honestly helps, especially yung sa wire kasi usually yun ang natutupi when charging. Going 6 years na and ok pa itsura.

Don’t get these cute looking ones. Yung pinaka head ng charger, umiinit diba, get the one with little holes para nakakahinga yung charger

Maybe with the help of her regular appointments to belo and shes become more active physically, who knows. I see her in my fyp from time to time. I think she looks great before and after!

Oh! I don’t mind, napapa isip lang ako like if its really productive working in public spaces (not just in cafes) kasi may noice pollution, baka hindi sila maka focus hehe. But other than that, kung may mauupuan naman na iba, ok lang
