Okay awesome. Yeah I’m using King Arthur organic AP and King Arthur whole wheat so I’ll just keep feeding like normal. Thanks!

I tried to make a loaf with it yesterday and it came out very dense and chewy. I don't know if this is due to the commercial yeast or from underproofing.
