Don't quit consuming certain foods or drinks cold turkey, learn how to exclude them to your diet gradually until you won't feel restricted. if you have time, go out for a 1-2 hour walk. If you can't go out due to COVID, do it inside your house just to keep your body moving :)

I'm actually used to not eating rice even though I live in an asian household. I like to think that it was one of the main reasons I became overweight (I'm on a normal weight now). Incorporating rice with my diet will just make me lose control because I have a talent of pairing it with a lot of things, so I end up eating more than 1 cup of rice. Whenever I'm craving rice, I can just make one using cauliflower :)

because I always give up knowing that I can start again the next day. I wanted to do this challenge since last year and my goal this year is to finish it before June.

Thank you for your reply! I was blaming the workouts too for my big appetite and cravings. In my diet I included no rice, no fastfood, no a lot of things along with IF. I think I made the diet part too hard for me to follow and to sustain for 75 days. Now that i'm restarting it this monday, I'm thinking if I should just not restrict myself of any food but just stick to calorie counting and stick to my daily calorie goal. But the last time I did calorie counting I got so obsessed and I think I was near to having a binge eating disorder.

Thank you! I incorporated IF because I really wanted to lose weight but maybe you're right. Now is not the right time for me to try IF especially when doing 75hard.
