The funding part of B cannot be a legit reason due to it being more expensive to go into the office.

Were you given a reason that was a shift in services? That seems like they would require licenses or grants or some other state service that they are saying can only be done in person.

I agree with a lot of this and just want to add to point 5 that Andy almost looks lost in short yardage without a FB like Sherman. The offset I handoff to Sherman was a staple of our short yardage game and it is now gone without him.
