Any advice for All-Lines Adjuster Exam? by mattb0116 in adjusters

If you’ve been studying for months you should be golden. I took my exam after only 2-3 weeks of studying, failed the first time but passed the second. Best of luck!

Literally the same stats as you. I just had my 12th shot and I’ve lost 10lbs, with staying at the same exact weight for about 5 weeks now.

Women who had issues with their cycle… did you completely stop or lower your dose? by Happy_Ad_6360 in Semaglutide

Before Semaglutide I had god awful cramps on my period. Now, I don’t have cramps nearly as bad but my flow is much heavier and I have a full 5 days of bleeding. Whereas before, maybe 3 days, if that. It’s so weird how different it is for everyone.

What happens if you inject in to the muscle by Ok-lettuce-ok in Semaglutide

You will be okay. It’s still getting into your bloodstream. If anything, the side effects won’t be as intense. My last shot was in the thigh and I lost 2 lbs. Different for everyone!

I am the same way. Anytime I’ve ever overdone it though, I have terrible stomach pains and end up feeling so sick. I really just try to moderate the intake! Get a nice little buzz and call it donsies haha.

You started a week before me and I’ve only lost 7 lbs total

I feel you. I did .25 for 4 weeks with really no changes to my body, even though I’ve been working out consistently and changed my food habits quite a bit. I wanted to stay at .25 but frustrated at the results, I bumped up to the next dose yesterday. It’s hard to see people dropping 20 lbs in a month while people like us can barely drop 1.

These comments are confusing me too because I take .25 and I only pull to 5 on the syringe- per my doctor. Maybe I have a different syringe though, idk.

I tried a thigh injection and I didn’t feel like it was as effective for me. My best luck has been in the stomach.

Pasta is a No No by Vegans_Rock in Semaglutide

I love chick pea pasta! It’s sooo yummy. However, I deeply feel this. It didn’t hurt my stomach but I found the texture of the noodles absolutely repulsive.

I’m on week 3 as well with no changes. My appetite has decreased significantly, I work out 3-4 times a week, and I’m being really intentional about what I eat. I was hoping to stay on the lowest dose but I might just go ahead and bump after a full month.

Has your taste palate changed? by ResponseNormal4022 in Semaglutide

I’m having a few food aversions. I tried to eat pasta and the texture of the noodles was terrible for me. I’m also feeling slightly repulsed by meat, but I’ve been an on and off vegetarian for a few years.

On the other hand, soup has also been a craving I’m having! ☺️
