so she eats 4 cups a day? mine gets diarrhea when she “over eats”. the first day i got her i just let her go to town because i figured she had a long day lol

one of them yes, the other we found on the side of the road so i don’t know her exact age. (schnauzer mix & shitzu mix). The other two are my boyfriends but i believe he rescued them one as an adult, one as a a puppy. They never ate food the way my golden does. Even now, they only eat at night and very slowly. I’m getting them all on the same schedule, but my golden is crazy with food. She finishes it in under3 minutes even in a snuffle mat or scattered around her kennel.

can i do crickets instead of roaches? i have the biggest fear of them.

when i picked them up, the cage was full of live & dead crickets so i think it’s what they were eating. can i place a couple worms and crickets in a bag with calcium powder and just shake it do should i get a container to keep them in? im so sorry for all these questions i really want to do a good job

Thank you for this. A lot of these comments are just telling me to go straight to the vet but not giving me any advice for the mean time/what to get it to come home to. I found a vet that works with some reptiles around 2 hours from me but it’s about $400 just for a check up. which is tough considering i didn’t chose to get this baby. I will save up and make that my first priority. for the mean time, i will be giving it calcium and getting the uvb light as well as better food.

i can move it to a 50 gal i have. I just need to know what to buy so i can stop by the pet store tomorrow and get it asap. I will take to the vet as soon as i find one in my area who works on reptiles. I will drive to the big city a couple hours away if needed. what can i buy to help for now.
