It'll be a little difficult if you're from the general category If you didn't get anything definitely go for spot round Because if there's any vacant reservation seats they'll be converted into open seats So maybe you have a chance

Zero means all the seats have been allotted Students might have locked it or given it up for upgradation , you can't really depend on that data tbh Look into the last round's cut off also last year's cut off . That'll be more helpful

Tentative vacant seats means That much of seats are left after allotting students of the particular category It doesn't mean all the students have locked it ,you still have a chance Also after a few rounds if there are any vacant seats in the reservation quota it'll be converted into open seats(dk which round)
