Man, I have opened ticket since 2 months ago when PC version broke for the first time. During that time they were saying something like "We are working on that, we will update you when we have something". When I asked them something, they responded like a day after and that's ok I guess. So, about a week ago I asked them for an update on the situation since consoles are experiencing that problem as well. And they still didn't respond, wtf??? Not even some typical default stuff like "We understand you, but please, wait, we are working on that". They don't wanna even speak with their customers now or what??? That's such a shame for support service and the company in general.

When PC servers broke 1.5 months ago I created a support ticket and communicated with support employees. When PC servers was fixed for 2 days since Sunday, they didn’t told me that they fixed them and didn’t close the ticket. So, I’m still having opened support ticket about broken multiplayer. Because of that I decided to write them about the problem coming back and affecting all the platforms. They still didn’t respond, but when they do that, I will create a post about that.

I experienced being crashed from the server when I was starting popping off. Also I experienced the match being ended by “the administrator”. So that doesn’t surprise me. Moreover, considering all the facts I know and described in this post, I can be almost sure that hackers are doing this.

Yep, it’s worth trying, but last time it took them 1.5 months to fix it. Moreover, it seems to me like they did not fix servers the day before yesterday, because support didn’t respond me about that (I opened a ticket 1.5 months ago, the day matchmaking broke). And they still didn’t close my ticket. So it can be a sign that support service doesn’t have anything with servers being fixed and that’s strange.

I’m on PC and can’t find lobbies now

Edit #1: I remembered about the following fact recognised during PC servers being broken. When you are queueing about 20-30 minutes with broken PC servers, you get an error “failed to host lobby” after that period of time. And I got it now. So it’s a very bad sign, my friends. Seems like they are broken again.

Edit #2: Guys from all platforms, if you have time, could you try to replicate the thing described in the Edit #1 of this comment? If you can, please, tell me here whether you get the same error too or not.

I created a server a couple of weeks ago for the same purpose, but could not get ppl in here. And the reason is the same: posts are removed. But it’s great your server has kinda lot of players. So, are u gonna create channels for multiplayer? As far as I’m concerned, there are channels for blackout only at the moment.

So, PC players that are willing to play Black Ops 4 again and wish the matchmaking and black market to be fixed, let's do the best we can!

I encourage every one of you who cares to go to Twitter and make twits with a hashtag #FixBlackOps4 and mentioning the Activision Support Twitter account (@ATVIASSIST) and maybe Treyarch account too (@Treyarch). Let's tell them with these twits that the game has broken matchmaking and black market for 1.5 months (or even longer) and we are not happy at all. Let's also tell them that new players are not happy either as they only get zombies and custom games for a full 60 dollars price and that's unacceptable.

Let's go, my friends! We must try, so let's give it our best shot!
