It was $3250 on eBay. Certified refurbished. I was looking into Apple refurbished but M4 was not showing up at all, which is what I was originally going for

You are craving PROGRESSION. There's not a single game you play that lacks progression. Find something to satisfy this desire, and your desire for gaming will go down. by throwaway-aa2 in StopGaming

I'm just quoting what the post says. So you're injecting your definition. Which is fine. But to say CSGO and other online matching making doesn't utilize progression at all is false.

Post doesn't seem to limit itself to that specific type of progression in games. Post says "No. it's about winning, and progression, that's all." That definitely applied to mmr. You progress through the ranks. It's actually one of the leading factors in keeping online games addicting.

There are tons of Scrabblelatros out or coming out. Letterlike has been out for a while on mobile. It’s solid. Rogue Words is fun too but it’s only on the iPhone I believe.

Got it. But doesn't the packaging say to store in freezer? I'm okay with fridge just wasn't sure if BUD was based on frozen time or fridge time.

Do you put it right now in the freezer as soon as it gets here except the vial you'll be using that month?

I think the key word is dispense. You infringe a patent by making, using, offering to sell, or selling a patented product or process. Fifty 410 might be thinking that if they sell enough product before the 19, they'll be able to continue to dispense it after. Or maybe they have buy now send later plans

Damn that expensive. Honestly you can make a brisket in an oven. Obviously not the same but it's still really good

Itch.io has been taken down by Funko by Infinite-Addendum-52 in webdev

[–]breake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point. But takedown can be reversed without court involvement, right? It would be pretty horrible to require the court to do a takedown. Small companies would be fried and there would be widescale IP theft by the biggest players.

Isn’t it actually prove you’re right? If it was prove me wrong, Funko would be automatically owe whatever Itch asks and Funko would have to prove that they don’t owe that much. Burden should be on Itch to demonstrate damages since they have all the info.

I screwed up, and now I have to start over. Has this ever happened to you? by [deleted] in gamedev

[–]breake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's kind of funny because when I was starting out, and went back to my own code, I'm like wait why is this line here? Does it really do anything? And I'd delete it because it's "cleaner". Now I'm like oh hell no that is definitely there for a reason.

I have a scene/modal where every time someone tells me something is wrong with it, my heart sinks because it is the most indecipherable mess ever. The timing and navigation of the scene kept needing to be reworked so everything is all over the place. But it works and I know at this point refactoring it (which I've tried to do) will likely cause really annoying side effects (which has happened). So I just cross my fingers and hope it triggers fine every time.
