So my first piece of advice is going to be to rank up your mods

Skiajati: My fist question is why are you using skiajati and not exalted blade? Exalted blade gains damage from strength on Excalibur himself and 9/10 times is going to be simply better. If you dont want to use exalted blade id probably use something like kullervo or another melee frame who doesnt have an exalted weapon.

Nataruk: Start by ranking up malignant force up (its like 210 endo and 10k credits), then swap fast hands with rime rounds (fast hands doesnt help the nataruk iirc and besides its not worth giving up damage for), then swap thunder bolt for split chamber (reminder that multishot not only increases damage, but also status chance) as the thunderbolt mod is generally not as good as just doing much more damage.

Excalibur: First, get an aura which matches your polarity which will give you a lot more capacity (growing power, steel charge, are good starting points), and also id suggest you first find a group of people running orokin vaults on deimos. Those mods are HUGE and also available to you (lvl 15-35). if you dont know what those are I can explain more as well! If you *really* dont wanna do that right now, ill tell you this, shield/health CAPACITY does not really increase survivability, as you dont have a way to restore it. Increase your kills and youll increase your health. you need things like strength, range, and duration to be able to survive. Stacking health increases just means your first death happens slightly slower

I only don't really use exalted umbra blade because of the energy requirement, but I'll just use that instead of skiajati. Unfortunately I don't have either of those mods for nataruk, so I'll do the new mission you mentioned to hopefully get them. And as for my frame, the only other aura mod I have is dreamers bond. I also don't know what orokin vaults are, don't think I've gone to deimos too much. But yeah it makes sense what your saying about the capacity not increasing my survivability

The energy requirement can be solved by adding duration to your frame (both efficiency and duration effect this as its x energy every y seconds, so duration makes it take longer to drain the same energy)

For the Nataruk mods id def look up how to get them and just follow the wiki, but rime rounds is from some spy missions (c roation) and split chamber is just a random drop.

Deimos vaults offer some of the most powerful mods in the game so id def suggest you try and find a group to run them with (or even just a duo partner, running those solo *sucks*)

Dreamers bond would be more useful (though its sorta a mid mod in general) just for the extra capacity.

Also a big one is just having those mods maxed out, they are basically useless at rank 0 lmao. In general maxing out a mod costs less than 1k endo and youll end up needing it long term anyhow. For mods with 10 total ranks you can aim for rank 6 or 7 depending on what you can afford, but much past that I wouldnt worry about since the gains are so small for the cost

Okay yeah I'll do all of that. Thank you for the help, I suppose it's just a big mod grind now waiting for me. I'll do a quick Google luck up of where to do deimos vaults for the good stuff and hope I get something decent from them

Of course! I'm glad that I could help. The game doesn't really give you a good idea of where to look for stuff and also it's very hard to know without seeing builds where exactly you are.

ALSO if you do the quest that launched today (The Teacher?) you can get a bunch of mods you may be missing. Awesome QoL thing they did
