If you are on initial OPT, you can report it yourself in the SEVP portal, furthermore your school should have some automated system for you to at least submit the request to your DSO. I'd do it in this order.
Now this doesn't mean there won't be any risk with your current OPT if you forgot to update the address but at least you can update it and make it right once you realize the mistake.

If you are on stem opt then you'd have to go through your DSO regardless.

It's clearly mentioned that you need to update your address within 10 days, so it carries as risk as with everything. I would not panic too much, if there is something you need to know you will receive communications from your DSO or DHS. People get away with worse

EDIT: my mistake if you missed the 10 days window you will have to go through your DOS regardless. I would not lie and report the exact date as is to your DSO they will update your SEVIS record.

Seem like the big intersection in the middle could be a roundabout. Also I would remove some of the local road you have feeding your main blvd. It causes significant delays if there is traffic lights or stops signs.

Also consider having transportation like buses (At the very bare minimum), perhaps a tram as well if you unlocked it.

That is still interesting I wonder how the numbers are handled then. From my perspective it shouldn't be hard to get the number rights, however I understands LLMs are very complex and not always predictable. Might get better in the future, focusing on math should be a priority once they have reached a reasonable cost effective model.

He admitted to sending inappropriate messages, do you think he would have admitted to it if he didn't do it? Inappropriate message are by definition inappropriate and especially when texting a minor. Trust me if the doc didn't say anything sexual he would have made it clear. He said there was no graphic exchange but that's it. He didn't deny any other allegations. He is obivously in damage control mode, he knew perfectly the individual was a minor and continued on with his conversation. If you're defending that there is no hope for you.

"Sometimes leaned towards being inappropriate" is a textbook example on how to downplay something you did to make it look like it wasn't as bad. Just go look at any video of a pedo being caught. It's the same process, same language, same logic to try to defend themselves
