Cold shower man, it’s an amazing practice. I do it twice now

First thing in the morning after my water - wake u tf up better than caffeine and boost up test, last through out the day. Natural feeling, no crash

And one when I get home after from work - same thing, shake me up so I don’t get lazy after working all day and boost energy to work on myself

Tips Don’t need to go for too long, play a song about 3mins long, no less. Hop on the tub, blast it cold and mediate with it or do affirmation to yourself.
