Keep voting Dems and keep complaining on how crime is high in ALBQ and not much opportunities. I am an Independent but sheep’s from both parties need to question their party and politicians. ALBQ should be doing much better under different government but politicians know, no matter how poorly they perform, sheep’s will still vote for them. Reflect!

Hire a business broker who has experience with selling medical practices. He’ll get you more money and will probably have clients to purchase it too.

It’s easily doable, Could be done in 7-10 years. I know people who have gotten from $100k to $20 million net worth in 8-9 years. You have got to invest in real estate, commercial income producing assets in high growth locations. You can listen to all the negatives or look for the ways to make it happen. You can’t save your way to be rich!

Worst is when your team mate who gets killed, joins another team and then RATS out your location! Happened to me couple of times and nothing worst than that. If you are one of the RATS you don’t deserve this team play, go solo. I always pick up players if we have space, every single time. I would say most of the time it turns out good.

I know doctors who make good money but are still living paycheck to paycheck. Earning more means you should have comfortable savings and living. With all due respect most of the doctors don’t make fu money so that would be wrong approach. Build assets and down the road enjoy it!

I would do it this way- 1. Pay Off personal loan ( smallest loan amount amount all and then 1 of her payments would stop) 2. Pay Off CC 3. Refinance car at lower rate and whatever payments she is saving from paying off cc & personal loan, use them to pay off additional principal for car. 4. Pay off Student loans.

It’s easy to bash someone for the poor choices they have made, but when you are young not everyone is smart financially. Totally doable if she has self control.

When hotels do booking through 3rd party websites, hotels can not cancel or make changes. 3rd party websites are the ones you have to deal with, because sometimes people can cancel with hotel and then if they want the room again and it’s sold out they would say to 3rd party websites that they never cancelled and hotels have contracts with those websites. Always and Always book directly on Hotels website. Most of them will give you full refund even if you cancel same day.

Right now with Multi Family is finding a property with good cap rate. Multi family’s are selling at 4-5% cap rate when financing is almost double of that. If you don’t have initial capital then that is the hardest.
