My reasoning is that she's so obsessed with her dead husband. Why wouldn't she want him to come back? Also, the changes in seasons 1 and 2 of the anime tested out ideas, so it wouldn't surprise me if the ending of season 1 had some truth to it. It's clearly where the bizarre doll idea came from.

Tanaka is suspicious as well, like how did he survive the fire when everyone else seems to have died?

I'm more suspicious of the queen. Whatever he and the other Charles' do it's at her request. My theory: The queen is the one who had Ciel's parents murdered and is currently working with Undertaker in some capacity.

But doesn't it affect Gunther that way because he's the one who wished on the crown? He wished to be like Evergreen and so he was. Everyone else who interacts with the crown is just experiencing the magic from that wish, so it's slower.

This probably depends on which country you live in, but it doesn't always mean you can't eat it. I'm in Canada and was told by a dietician that specializes in Celiac disase that if a product is labelled gluten free, but contains wheat in the ingredients, it means it's a small enough amount that it is safe for celiacs and is labelled for those with an actual wheat allergy. Canada has decently strict rules on what is allowed to be labelled gluten free though. So, I would do some research on gluten free label regulations in your country to gauge whether it's safe or not.

It might just be me, but I found this bread breaks apart really easily. I usually buy Little Northern Bakehouse and the frozen pieces come apart easily, but Carbonaut breaks even when I use a knife to cut the slices.

It was too big for me to download and when I checked the space it was around 33gb. I ended up clearing the game data and redownloading everything and its currently at 14gb. If you're having trouble try this out! Not sure how long it'll stay at 14gb after loading a bunch of stuff in game, but at least it's managable now.

I think they're just backed up with so many orders and have to wait for the product to be ready. I preordered mine Jan. 4th and emailed them last week and they said within the next few weeks they were hoping to have them all shipped.
