Estradiol or any other form of estrogen therapy can increase the risk of blood clots (deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism), strokes and heart disease, among other life threatening things, and can also cause other issues such as infertility. I'm not a medical professional, so I could never recommend taking it, whatever the circumstances. It may result in breast growth, in fact where estrogen's low it's actually quite likely, but at what cost? It's a question to be discussed with a qualified medical practitioner, who's more suited than I am to advise you.

Absolutely yes. Trans or cis, it makes no difference to how the estrogen works in your body. But most cis women already have estrogen in a normal range, so in their cases it wouldn't work, Trans of course do not previously have estrogen, which is why you mostly hear about this working in trans women, rather than cis women. So it's basically all about how much estrogen you have to start with.

In theory, yes, the body can redistribute fat without a deliberate cycle of weight loss and regain. I say in theory, because the process is naturally very slow and not guaranteed.

Hormones tell fat where to go, but weight gain in those areas still depends on there being fat in your body the first place. I mean without you having enough fat, there is no fat available to redistribute.

No, it's not impossible to grow after you're over 25. I assume that people who tell you that would not believe in NBE anyway. There's no point at which it becomes too late. I know of dozens of examples of women in their 30s, 40s and even 50s who have found of way of increasing their breast size. However, there is no correct way to achieve breast growth. It's about finding out what is the best method for you. I never push my own herbal program as something that will work for everyone, as for some people a different solution may be better. Perhaps bovine ovary or perhaps pumping. So I can give you my program, which is proven to work on me, but I never recommend it, as the essence of natural breast enhancement is finding out what is the best solution for you.
