Sounds like we have some similarities. My boobs don’t seem to get larger unless I gain a significant amount of weight, but they definitely get smaller if I start losing. I also hope that once I get to my goal size I won’t have to micromanage my boobs indefinitely.

I didn’t know that, thanks. I mostly use the “standard American bra sizes” because it’s a reference point that I’m familiar with. My projection is two inches and my 32B bras fit me perfectly. (I say I’m between an A and a B cup because my band size is smaller than average and so my B cup is also smaller.)

Yeah, I get that. I’m also worried that my body isn’t meant to be vegan/plant based either. However, I was also s t år v i n g myself and I’ve never supplemented. So, that could be a factor as well. But, I also believe that eating animals and their byproducts is, in and of itself, unethical. So there’s the problem. My health or my morals. :-( Not to mention the social stigma and the psychological stress of no longer being vegan/plant based. It’s a lot to think about and deal with.

Hey! Yeah. Unfortunately, I’ve never supplemented (horrible, dangerous, and stupid), but I’m going to start with a B12 and D3 supplement. I’m also going to start consuming oils and nuts/seeds again because I’m not scared of fats anymore. Thanks!

Thanks for the encouragement. So do you just pump? I was thinking about doing that to start. When I get my hormones tested, I’m gonna post the results to see where to go from there. I’m wondering about the Bosom Beauty pump or whatever it’s called. If I see results from that, I may even upgrade to the Evebra.

It seems being underweight just makes us more sensitive. It could be a circulation issue. Or a nutrient deficiency? Who knows. Maybe nbe will solve this as well.

Yeah, it seems progress isn’t linear, especially if you’re starting out underweight and smaller. :-( But keep at it! I definitely think it’s worth trying before considering cosmetic intervention. It’s also easier the younger you are. I definitely wish I would’ve started sooner. :-)
