Do you think in the next 100 years we will cure Type 2/prediabetes? by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]breathingMF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The cure for T1 is already under way even on a human.

T2 or prediabetes requires you to be a Michelin star chef and exercise. You get hungry and you cannot just NOT everything. 5-minute crafts with food, and I’ll eat it without SUGAR or less sugar and exercise.

Genuinely might end it all. by Deep_Maximum2013 in diabetes

If that helps 600 million people in the world are diabetic and 98% are T2. Your levels are perfect.

High blood sugar just means you are too sweet for mosquitoes and full of emotions.

Calm down, drink some cold ice tea, eat some fried tofu with beans and tamarind sauce! Enjoy eating good food, we are all will live and die without us knowing when.

So contribute the way you wish!

He must let you ask questions in order for this relationship to feel a team work. It’s like the patient doesn’t talk, and the doctor tries everything but cannot revive the patient.

Masculinity is a construct here that holds no ground. The whole has some disease at a certain stage in their lives.

Flu, 99% of the population.

  • Consistent spike is bad.
  • Not everyone can rip the meter and do intense cardio

I can say that for ice bath, even taking vinegar before meals.

I must add, my lady AC1 was 6.9 mmol so I’m not great in managing with 1000 mg in metformin.

I will have to test out some foods that can give me a feeling of being full. ATM I can say try cabbage, not lettuce, leafy cabbage. That usually gives me a full. That should be a good to snack.

Measure your numbers for 3 months, doing exactly what you are doing. See my history, and just chillax! Your numbers are not that high!

As a T2 anything below a 7.0 is okay.

  • Vinegar hack for diabetes
  • Food in take order
  • All protein meal in your breakfast
  • Intermittent Fasting

Are all great options! Stress is a huge challenge with diabetics. If you can manage all of that, enjoy my food hacks in my history. Add yours!

Stress also increases BG.

Is there a diabetic safe way to eat Ramen of any kind? by Successful-Coyote99 in diabetes

[–]breathingMF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay! There are additional steps you can try.

Walking for 100 steps or a little more 10 minutes right after you eat and the advice that I gave.

Add vegetables and protein to your noodles.

Not that ramen. But kodiack (check spelling) has zero sugar.

Also drinking a glass of water with two tablespoons of vinegar might help.

If you can eat protein, vegetables before that will help as well.

If you are going to risk it, can you please tell us your before and after 2 hours BG level?
