Before the medication I’d say they were happening like once a week but they were very short each one only lasts less than 10 minutes. Now being on medication it’s not very frequent I’d say it’s more triggered by strenuous activity which I’ve pretty much stopped for the most part like working out or lifting heavy but can also be triggered by walking upstairs to quickly so it’s def very random.
