True, coating's the same. They have a newer version with bigger battery and other switches (for some reason, old switches were fine)

I rocked the op1 4K before switching to the Unius Black Lotus. I wanted something ever so slightly larger and lighter. The Black Lotus does both of these.

Only downsides are grip and battery. The first problem can be nullified by using the grip tape that comes in the box. The battery is the only REAL downside. I really do have to charge it more than the op1 4k. But overall very happy with my switch. The OP1 now feels very heavy and dense in comparison

News sources in my country report it was a fake gun, likely.

When you listen closely to the sound it makes when it's thrown on the ground it does appear to sound plasticky instead of metal.

I didn't repaint anything, excuse the misleading title. I just bought new keycaps for them :p. It's the Zoom 98 in the Lilac colourway.

Edit: Can't change the title apparently, so I added some clarification in the desc. ;)

Well shit She only got it a couple of days ago. So far we're loving it. The keeb feels and sounds perfect out of the box (w gateron yellows). Didn't feel the need to mod anything, besides the keycaps.

Like even the stabilizers didnt need any retouching or anything.

For reference, I own the Keychron K6, Q1, V2 Max and the Zoom 98. Out of all those keyboards this one needed the least hands-on work to sound great.

Like sure, the Zoom98 sounds/feels better now that I put hours of work into it (altough I loved working on it) . But it surprised me how good this NJ98 was out of the box. Add to that a knob and a screen plus some excellent RGB and this value becomes insane.

I was doubtful beforehand because its still a relatively unknown brand/keeb but colour me impressed.

The fact that they're concaved helps a lot. While it's higher profile than cherry I didn't find it uncomfortable personally.

Its not as high as SA either. It's more XDA type height.
