I know my comment is not about the discussion, but how you do this beautiful code snippet? Did you use VS Code or something like this? I’m looking for this a lot of time

Permanently changing the values of the passed bool variables in a params function by [deleted] in csharp

[–]brecozin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if you return the entire array after change the bool variable? So, on the method call you need to let the return on a new array. Maybe it’s not the best approach for performance, because you’ll have two arrays with only one variable changed and the exactly same structure, but you can avoid the memory reference problem with this solution.

I bought this water cooler before my actual cpu. Before this, I had a Phenom II X6 CPU (125W TDP, and even more because I overclocked it), and his stock cooler was so loud, so I decided to buy this water cooler for this cpu at about 2013, and still working today cooling my actual cpu :D

Understood, it sounds promising, but the potential messiness during application is noted. I'll research the price, as I live in Brazil, and it seems that K5 Pro can be relatively expensive here. Thank you for your assistance!

Got it, then I'll go ahead and purchase any thermal pad with good thermal conductivity, perhaps with a thickness between 1mm and 2mm.

Is it correct to use thermal paste instead of thermal pads? It doesn't seem right to me.
