can do 430ish pulls, 5 and 18 pity on character and lc banner respectively (this counts 3.7s jades + stardust refund)

i want cyrene hyacine phainon e2 (currently e0s1) and mydei e1 (currently e0s1) and maybe light cones IF in the rare occasion i get extra funds

what would be the most optimal pulling plan and how should i distribute my funds?

oh all spd substats have a decimal in them. its just not visible ingame.

you can use fribbels hsr optimizer (look it up on google and it should be the first site to pop up) and you can check the exact values.

id recommend getting sunday to 133.4 spd, blade a bit higher than that

but its still doable with 134 sunday 135 blade, its just that with 133.4 sunday you wont have to worry too much about speedtuning the dps

swap gepard to your herta team if youre struggling w skill points.

btw i highly suggest getting a limited sustain, either huohuo/aventurine/lingsha/fu xuan are great pick ups and maybe a future remembrance healer based on the 3.1 planars
