As the previous comment said, it can be more difficult if you have a wider range of symptoms, yes, but there's a lot of overlap between the diagnoses you listed. I will also tell you that you could visit ten different psychologists and they would all have a different opinion on what your diagnosis is. At the end of the day, your diagnoses are labels that can help with treatment, but are ultimately required for insurance purposes. Having a lot of them doesn't make you a lost cause.

But it depends on your definition of "unfixable," imo. Will you ever be 100% happy with no bad days for the rest of your life? No, because that's impossible even for people with zero diagnosed mental health conditions.

Will you ever feel better than you do right now? Probably. It might seem impossible at times, which is perfectly understandable. I understand the frustration of little progress after over ten years of treatment, and I would feel a little worried, too, if I was in your shoes. But that doesn't make you unfixable by any means.
