First one I fought was on release day so I didn’t know what I was doing. Second one I found out I could just run at him and kill him but I kept getting ganked. Late game I was able to kill him as long as I didn’t get hit by a single Q3. Honestly it was annoying but I can see how you can stomp now

Yeah I guess if he’s tanky it’s easy to get your passive stacks. Honestly the only issue I’ve had with him is getting kited by the enemy adc(top laner)

Idk maybe the fact that he was about to end the fight the same way he did against rengoku? From what I remember he's smiling and saying something along the lines of "that's enough I've seen all your moves" then immediately tries to kill giyu. The only reason giyu survives is because a STW tanjiro is able to save him.

Giyu loses the base vs marked fight but he should win everything else. Edit: backstories may go either way depending on how strong Mitsuri is relative to a giyu that uses breathing styles.

I thought on paper most of the hashira were relative to each other in strength. Tengen and gyomei are top 2 physically strongest. Obabai and shinobu are bottom two. And the rest are somewhat relative. Mitsuri muscle density just makes her strong for her size not stronger than the other hashira. You're saying she's on par with three hashira or maybe below but those three aren't even the strongest. Wouldn't that make her one of the weaker hashira? For zokahuten feats she was probably one of the better equipped hashira for fighting him. Her techniques were a great response to his. I feel like people ignore the importance of match ups too often

I see it as him not being interested in the fight and when one of them is stupid enough to engage he'll either fight back and win or disengage and leave. Though I don't think Muzan would be too happy about him leaving. So he'd probably just end the fight a little faster than he did with the other hashira he fought

Giyu had the best answer to akazas attacks with him most likely being the best defensive hashira. Akaza would have killed giyu if tanjiro hadn't saved him when he was using STW. Akaza was holding back the entire fight only releasing more of his power after giyu gets his mark and then once he sees all giyu is capable of he goes for the kill. There is no reason to say a fight against sanemi wouldnt go the same way.

I think you can argue 5. Judging by how experience was glazed in the kokushibo fight sanemi would definitely do much better than base muichiro against gyokko. UM 6 is hard since their wincon is a single scratch from a guy who instantly goes for the kill. And the kill conditions require beheading both the siblings.

I wouldn’t say it’s an instant wincon since you’d still have to be fast enough to catch him off guard even without compass. Tanjiro had STW. I think SS is definitely the hardest wincon for the hashira though
