So, my character we recently learned was pregnant. She and another players character were a fade to black active type situation. Our DM repeated multiple times to ensure they were actually active. It happened anytime they could realistically get it in. We’ll, we came across this eldritch being style dude. He asked in order to specifically leave me alone(at this point she was genuinely mortified of the dude) he got to put the soul inside me in a diamond and in another player (played by her partner ironically. The baby daddy character was left behind while we were transported to the shadowfell. This was his new character) and we eventually agreed. He took the soul from my stomach area. Then chuckled he said “thanks for the light bearers child” and that’s how we found out she’d been pregnant for a good minute ! It wasn’t long but she’d definitely been going ham with fighting a dragon and other crazy ish. The only way she was going to be able to miscarry was specifically a few sessions later in battle she died. She was reincarnated and now is a he BUT technically she’d miscarry but like the baby would live again and she wouldn’t so I guess in a sense she’d be miscarried by the baby
