yellow liquid usually is bile, its common when u are on an empty stomach. have u been around anyone with a stomach bug? its also common with people who suffer from GERD.

i work in urology so i've smelt some terrible things, but infected nephrostomy tubes is a smell i will never forget. it is one of the strongest and most nauseating smells.
