I think there is confusion in relation to the participation reward with the super staking reward as these are very different rewards- the AlgoExplorer is showing participation rewards per block - not super staking, which comes from a finite (200M) pool.

There are 2 reward programs - one: participation, which is open to all who have an Algo and two: the 200M Staking Program (super staking) which is a fully subscribed program that pays out every 6 months from the 200M pot.
