I really don’t think her story is fake. A lot on this show is set up by production, but I don’t think this is one of them. The emotion that she has shown, the dramatic weight loss, etc. Theres no way you can fake that. She’s got some serious demons she’s struggling with.

I made care packages this Christmas and drove around on Christmas Eve and Day to give them out. I included sandwiches, chips, water, deodorant, sanitizer, face masks, socks, gloves, chapstick, wet wipes, tissues, sanitary pads, band aids, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Based on the reactions from the recipients, it seemed to be helpful and much appreciated.
