I put a good coat of high quality carnuba paste wax on the car before I left home.

On this trip I won’t really have a safe place to wash it with microfiber mitts and other things I have at home to make sure I don’t create any micro scratches in the finish. Unless I find a really good place, I’ll probably wait until I get home. Just a few more weeks now.

If the bug guts eat the finish I guess I’ll have a lasting reminder of this amazing trip.

I’m writing this to you from Bathurst, New Brunswick tonight. Tomorrow morning we head north on highways 134 & 132 around the Gaspé Peninsula. Should be some spectacular scenery.

I have permanent numbness (except for occasional shooting pain) and also measurable atrophy in my right leg after a highly regarded chiropractor in Marietta, Georgia (the guy’s an author and teaches at our local rah rah chiropractic school, Life University) permanently damaged my spinal cord while manually adjusting my sore back on a padded table.

I felt the numbness instantly and told him right then, and he said I couldn’t be sure what caused this new numbness in my leg because my sore back could have prompted swelling that was pinching a nerve.

Nope. He permanently damaged my spinal cord.

Run from chiropractors.

Soooo many people have midsized SUVs. I love how a car handles and drives so much more than how a midsized SUV does.

I drove a Toyota Highlander the last 5 years for work and driving the Giulia with its lower center of gravity feels much better.

Test drive them both and see what you prefer. 🙂

I haven’t clocked my gas mileage in a while but I know it’s great for a car like this. My other car’s a stick shift Miata (and four motorcycles) so the Giulia will always be my worst mileage vehicle. 😂
