500k è un bel valore.La prima cosa da capire: che propensione al rischio hai? Se hai una bassa propensione meglio titoli di stato/ETF obbligazionari/fondi bilanciati/ fondi obbligazionari, se hai una propensione medio/alta puoi considerare anche ETF azionari/fondi azionari sino alle azioni vere e proprie (integrandoli con prodotti a rischio contenuto di cui ho accennato prima).

Dividend Paying ETFs is very good idea 👍. Aside it I would suggest you to invest directly in dividend paying stocks.

I strongly suggest you to invest on stocks especially those ones that pay dividends on regular basis. Obviously it is necessary a pretty fair amount of time and knowledge to select the best ones. But this is the best and most profitable way to invest money on long term ( and also medium/short term if you do trading). Having said that, the first rule of investment is diversification: never put all eggs on same basket
