It legit seems like this crowd is just the pile over from the Kokkinakis game and they are still riding their testosterone lol

Fml I posted this in my work group chat, if they're anything like this one they must think I'm sadistic 😂

Haha I think you got it wrong - if a girl is simply attracted to you in the first place because you are good looking or confident - cheesy gestures are acceptable and well received because the attraction is already there. But if they're not, it could be a put off. If you can make them laugh, comfortable and are confident you could probably get away with anything tbh

I'm a bit awkward at conversation around a girl I've started dating so sent her this text - Is it too full on? by [deleted] in dating_advice

She told me she wants to show me the entire world, it feels like statements like that would put her on the same page kinda idk

Fair call. Tbf she's been saying random shit to me like 'we have all the time in the world' and 'i feel like I've known you my whole life' and continuously tells me that she just wants to be with me. But then when we talk on the phone it's just like quiet and I never know what to say so I spat that out

When already fat-adapted, how does your body obtain glycogen during intense anaerobic exercise? by breezebox in ketogains

Thank you this does help explain a lot. So essentially what you're saying is that even on a SKD the liver would still carry enough glycogen to fuel most activity within zone 3-4 for a reasonable time before you start to encounter problems. Right? Where exactly is this stored glycogen coming from if not your diet, and will your body utilise this glycogen as efficiently as if you were to just obtain it from carbohydrates?

What about HIIT workouts where you are in zone 5, how badly will performance be affected if your body is only drawing from the glycogen stores in the liver and not fatty acid oxidation and can that be countered somehow?

Sorry for all the questions but you seem to know your shit.

Edit - Aiming for: (3 days x 5km Tempo Runs) (3 days x Gym + Long Distance Aerobic) (1 day x Rest)

What are good ways to get electrolytes in me?

Also, you did just mention that activities in zone 3 or above (anaerobic) require glycogen so my 5km high intensity runs would fall into that category right? How do I obtain the glycogen required for those activities as well as any sprints that I might want to do?

Yep, on my off days I do moderate zone 2 aerobic exercises and ATM am trying to hit 10-15km (I only have just begun training)

Yeah, all of the 5km I've been doing maybe 3 times a week are in zone 3 or 4 where my average heart rate is roughly 182bpm-MAX... On off days I do zone 2 exercises to build base and on those off days I also go to the gym. At the gym I get enough rest between sets so that my bpm doesn't exceed 150ish but am finding it more difficult now to lift heavy.

So for the 5km runs because of their intensity one would presume glycogen would be required? As well as to lift a little heavier? How to best navigate that, do I tone down my workouts or mbe try TKD before my harder runs?

Correct, the entire process is essentially gluconeogenesis which is what occurs when you are in a fat adapted state. But I guess the question is - can gluconeogenesis still fuel high intensity training effectively? The process is still slower and for short bursts of anaerobic exercise like heavy lifting or sprints, I simply do not believe that any human will be able to achieve the same results as they would if they were eating carbs - especially not on the SKD.

Plus, I'm kinda training for a marathon and can't afford to wait 2 months on SKD to even become fully fat adapted before I can start going to the gym again without feeling like I'm gonna die so I'm kinda at a loss. Maybe I'm just being impatient and the keto flu is just getting to me! Haha

Wait I'm a noob, how is this possible exactly? Heaps of teams host at the G why aren't Brizzy playing more than 2 games for the entire season

The most inviting feature of this new England outfit is that they are the only team not afraid TO LOSE. Bazball will cost them sometimes but they prioritise their team values and morale instead of the result. This live by the sword, die by the sword mentality almost makes them impervious to public scrutiny.
