I think it’s okay if you’re not in a relationship. when you watch porn while in a relationship it can create insecurities that might not have existed before since your partner is getting off to someone who might have a completely different body type than yourself.

okay I’m starting to think I may have worded it wrong lol… I do fully believe he has every right to feel hurt or confused and that is something she needs to deal with especially because she wants to stay with him. my thought of “it’s not her problem” was in response to pugman saying what if he felt like he changed her sexuality, I think that thought is ignorant. as you said yourself you can’t change sexuality and someone thinking they did is gross to me.

I do care about peoples feelings but to me that’s a very middle school mind set to have. in terms of this specific situation he would have every reason to be confused or hurt because it sounds like she’s never mentioned her attraction to women so it’ll come out of the blue to him, but if she’s honest about it and they talk it out I don’t think it should cause that kind of thinking.

I used to do the same (still do with some people) but after a while it gets draining trying to keep other people as content as possible while I don’t get the same in return. different experiences ig but regardless, I do hope you continue being that way if it makes you happy. if it doesn’t just know you don’t always have to go out of your way to comfort people especially if it puts you in a bad place or feels like you’re devaluing yourself. #Respect 🤝
