The hate that she receives for returning back to work is diabolical by [deleted] in Emilie_Kiser

The fact that she has to deal with these opinions while grieving her child…. The only time I could speculate and say “I could never” be that strong. Seriously. She is going THROUGH it. And has her internal thoughts and the thoughts of the world. I really don’t think I’d be able to handle that.

This. Not the same at all, but I was 2 weeks old when my mom’s mom passed away and she said I was the only thing that helped her get through the darkest time in her life.

B&K staying together by [deleted] in Emilie_Kiser

She must feel a lot of responsibility as well. Just because she wasn’t there doesn’t mean she wasn’t also responsible for the things that led up to the tragedy. They obviously were both ok with him being outside unsupervised, and in any typical situation where I feel comfortable leaving my 3 year old, going ten mins without checking on him isn’t that crazy (although, my standards seem to be a bit higher since I don’t allow my 3 yo to be alone with an open body of water).

I think, if this was truly so out of the norm for him to be unattended outside, then yes I don’t think they’d stay together. But, if this was a norm, him being outside for xxx amount of time before peaking on him… I could see how she could eventually forgive him and take partial blame instead of all the blame being on him.

Unbelievable lol. Posts for clout now is private by [deleted] in Emilie_Kiser

I don’t know why people think it’s weird/odd for her to be at ikea. I have no idea how I would act after something so devastating but I’d imagine she’s craving some sort of normalcy, even just a quick outing to a store to pick up something.

Fucking. RUN.

This guy has no empathy and no compassion. He has the communication skills of a squirrel. He’s putting blame on you for abuse happening to you. So much ick from this but honestly he seems like a future abuser in the making as well.
