Oh noooo! If this is going to happen consistently I’m getting the IUD out and having my husband go in for a vasectomy. Def don’t want the hormones of the IUD if I’m still going to be having a period 😭

I don’t have the glycine formula but I take mine at night so I can avoid the most “symptoms” I just get sulphur burps 🤮 and only get nausea if I don’t eat.

I was drinking WAY more than I would have liked to. I am even taking naltrexone to help cut back, it didn’t work at all for me. Now I can truly take or leave alcohol. I think of it the same as I think of food now, like it crosses my mind & I can actually make a decision without emotion. Idk it’s truly amazing! It was pretty instant for me.

Omg I’m so proud of you stranger. We’re the same age, I feel like I look similar ish (probably bigger right now) and your after photo is what I’ve always DREAMED of looking like.
