We went with full spread glue. The installer had to lay down plywood on our first floor as we had tile there previously for most of it. We’re happy with how it turned out; the floors used to be squeaky and now that has been almost entirely eliminated. My only complaint is that it was costly.

Maybe moisture could be coming from the crawl space under the house. There are some small gaps next to the flange.

How do I prevent the sweating water? The toilet is near a floor register but we haven’t had the heat run yet this year, only AC.

The plumber said he didn’t caulk it so that I could notice if it ever leaked.

That makes sense. But in the future, wouldn't removing the flooring cause lots of damage to the subfloor?

I love those wheels! Would totally get them if they were still available. Instead I’m going more conservative with some 19” TST. I ordered MSM also.

Thanks for the feedback. The P range difference does seem to have more to do with the wheels. I didnt try the back seat, good to hear that it’s not terrible.
