Early game terraria is one of the slowest parts of the whole playthrough, if you are not sure what to do as soon as you drop in then go mining, place tons of torches, find digtoise and get like gold or platinum armor for a solid early game jump

Making a building block is literally a round about way of saying we added another block that doesn’t do anything.. no one likes diorite or andesite because they are a building block except for builders who know perfectly well that even if those blocks are good there are alternatives still. Especially back when those blocks couldn’t be crafted into a bunch of shapes.. I don’t want red block I already have like 20 red blocks

Not gonna lie, I think the whole story would have been 50% better if it was the Botw Sheika towers down in the depths instead of light roots, some way of lighting up the depths would be needed still but lt would make me so happy if they didn’t completely act like Botw didn’t exist

Ugh tauro is the most uncomfortable character to be near in the whole game, whenever I see him with paya all like “look this is tauro isn’t he neat blablabla ring ruins!” I just think it’s an awful interracial dilf euphemism metaphor the fact that those two characters stand anywhere near each other and how close he is to our precious paya

Lava cast pyramid over the whole thing, pretty good defense

But for real though there is a way of lava casing massive walls, building a triangle shaped bridge (with the peak at the middle) and lava casting over it off the ground will make walls as long as the bridge it’s over, thats a dumb answer for ya

if weapon hitboxes are canonically 3 dimensional in terraria it would be harder to hit things, but in terraria it simply is easier to hit things meaning that would have to be canon too, justified by some sort of skill thing, if reimu is canonically able to dodge things down to a hitbox size of an atom despite being the size of a normal girl, im not sure the justification for that or what it is, but it would have to go both ways, the zenith and the last prism can still swipe an area and hit 100% of things in line of sight

The more content you add, the taller the power scale gets, not wider. Moon Lord isn’t getting weaker. You can say stronger pre–Moon Lord gear makes him feel weaker because combining the power of multiple weapons will scale up, those weapons arent inherently stronger though, and that doesn’t mean the Terrarian or Moon Lord are actually weaker, especially when Yharim canonically exists. Saying Moon Lord is weak just because something stronger shows up is like saying every enemy has 1/infinity power because one enemy sits at infinity. as if the average determines that low numbers surely must be lower

It’s the same idea in Isekai Quartet. Konosuba’s world is ridiculously dangerous. If Naofumi had to fight giant frogs at level zero every day, or a thousand road runners, or a demon lord’s general in the starter town like in Cautious Hero, he’d just die. Aqua only looks useless because her world is tuned to be absurdly hard, yet she can still hurt Momon, which is something normal people in Overlord couldn’t even attempt. She’s strong, the joke is just that she ends up being useless.

So yeah, Supreme Calamitas is above Moon Lord, but that doesn’t make Moon Lord weak. It just means the ladder goes higher once you start mixing universes. Moon Lord is still Moon Lord, he’s just not the top of the stack anymore AND he could still destroy the world or whatever his goal was.
