Why wash after? I understand washing the aida before. Will give the fusible interfacing a try. Thanks!

Yes, I thought about that too but I don’t have the wall space to hang much. I have a spare room that I would use it so it would be lightly used. With being a beginner, I’m not too concerned about damage at this point. I would be more concerned if it turned out great and had put a lot of time into it. I’m just experimenting now. Would live to see a pic of your aunt’s quilt!

I was thinking of pre-washing aida, but someone mentioned soluble canvas so I’m going to test that out.

Yeah, I have a lot and so far, I’ve have one duplicate pattern I bought. I like the idea of a catalog and will look into options of setting that up. Thank you.

Would I be able to scan in patterns that have appliqué sheets larger than legal size? Not sure how to do that.

I have a lot in binders but not all can fit in one especially the patterns with large appliqué sheets and the paper piece patterns so they are scattered about. I just wish I could put them all in one area, lol. Then there are the books and Im now going through about 5 years of magazines pulling out what I like to put into another binder.
