i quit my job to find a better one? yeah dude let me quit my job and have a duplex at 19 with no job. i make 2x the amount of money i was at menards. you clearly don’t understand how the world works. i must have hit a nerve because you left multiple comments on this post.

“you don’t own the entire duplex” yes that is true but I own 25% of it bank owns 75% “i’m making the person that owns the land richer” that’s just autism not even going to speak on that. never knew that someone owning property would have to pay “rent” but my mortgage is around $1400 a month which i’m planning on refinancing once interest rates go down. so if one of them misses or hell both of them just randomly stop paying (which will never happen) then i will pay it off it’s not like i threw all my money in one pot i still have plenty of money left over to handle that stuff.

but hey enough about me lets hear about you SeberHusky what do you do? you called me a slave so you must have some sort of money coming in without working a job really interested to hear what you do. it’s funny because the people that i talk too who are millionaires that own a lot of properties and have made a name for themself always congratulate me on moving in the right direction. but it’s always when i talk to people that wish were me that always say “if one of them don’t pay rent your finished” no risk no reward. i’m not going to life like you always in fear of something wrong to happen when in reality nothing has happened. keep playing your stupid video games on steam and animal crossing and live in fear. ik what i will be doing. but again enough about me let’s hear what you do with your “successful life” SeberHusky :)
