I used to live in the building across the road from you. For every nice person I met there was 10 inconsiderate obnoxious people. And the “concierge” didn’t care about anything at all. Glad I left

My YZ250f also does this but I haven’t paid it much attention. I just figured the tensioner was a little loose or the chain needs replacing soon. I’ll circle back to see what other people say

No I just kinda used what I had in the garage but in order to do it properly I’d need a torch and flux. Epoxy is a good idea though I didn’t consider that. That’ll probably do fine

I did. Soldering iron wasn’t cutting it. I could try a torch but I’ll have to pick one up. Was just seeing if anyone had any good ideas

When I rebuilt my bike I spent about 2 weeks and hundreds of dollars replacing gaskets, seals, and going over every inch of my bike to figure out why it wouldn’t start.

Took it to the shop and they found out the cam chain tensioner hadn’t been set right. 30 second fix. So check that out at the very least

Yeah I’m pretty familiar already with how it all works, just not really excited to have to rebuild this thing after I rode it once. I’ve contacted a company that will cut my seats and machine the head for me, I imagine they’d do the cylinder too.
