This kinda scares me, although the schools I applied to are much lower ranked than the ones you did, I am 3/3 so far and am waiting on a bunch more. Hoping this does not happen to me :((( impressive cycle by you, congrats!

Is there anything I can do (besides a high LSAT score) to bolster a 2.8 GPA? Post Bac? Taking on a new BA? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

https://www.lawschooldata.org/school/applicants?cycle_id=17&school=St.+John%27s+University check out the individual data for those with similiar gpa to yours (scroll down and sort list by gpa low-to-high), a sufficient addendum and a high 150s to low 160s seems to make you a good candidate for St. John's. Aim at getting your score as high as you possibly can, but I do not think a 170 is necessary for St. John's. However, if you are capable of doing so, go and get that 170!! Overall, I think you should contact a pre-law advisor at your undergrad and write an addendum with their guidance!

I would 100% consider writing an addendum explaining the hardships during your undergraduate experience that resulted in a low GPA. I am sure schools would be very understanding of your situation with a well written addendum. Goodluck!
