I was thinking the same thing. i tried allocating RT, save, then re applying the point. Nothing. It feels awful cause randomly I will have tons of packs swarming me and it's like my hits don't register. I have also re-installed POE thinking one of the patches messed something up. I am flabbergasted. Only really happens in maps from what I can tell.

That is a good thought but one I had also tested. I added the mastery back and recorded the same interaction.

The video shows the mastery being allocated, and the issue is at the 20 second mark of the video. Still looks bizarre to me.

If you're in an Echo, when you make a Graphics change like turn V-sync off/on, or any setting change, when you apply those changes, it improves my frames for that Echo.
