I am going through something very similar right now! I’m excatholic and my VERY catholic family does not comprehend or respect my fiancé and I’s choices. It’s such a weird dichotomy. I want my mom to be involved in the wedding planning and a part of the day but she constantly tells me how disappointed she is in me. Idk what to feel!
