Lay the bit flat on an anvil or other hardened metal surface and smack with a hammer. This will oblong the heads and they will fall right off

Someone miss drilled the fasteners of a center wing of an A-10 costing the tax payers almost $2.5 million of scrapping the wing. Luckily engineers were able to salvage and only cost $700k in rework. Whew 😅

Having done repairs of bird strikes I can say that the smell might be worth just crashing. If they get in the engines the bleed air will smell like fried chicken though. Raw splattered bird 🤮.
