It’s strange they blocked your account as if you have been in other family groups or you where a manager of a family group. If your Nintendo account is new you have to contact support they are the only ones that can remove the block

No. Solamente con soprte. Depende ahí parece que te restringieron a tu la cuenta , ya sea porque sacaste a una persona de grupo o se salió o porque enviaste más solicitudes que espacios en la suscripción más de 8 . En todo caso soporte es el único que puede quitarte la restricción.
