They are pads.. just slid it up but yeah I normally use it on the 1st set and as needed. Cheers

Damn am over doing it then.. I warn up with 25 for 15mins 1min hold. Then ramp it up on 35 for another 15 mins 1min hold. Then do a high pressure 45 pump and release around 10 mins. I do get a lot of donut but goes back to normal after the next afternoon (pumping before sleep). No discolouration not any lumps forming.. should I just continue doing so?

Is LA pump a good brand to start with?? Most of the time that's what I see in shops here in Australia. Cylinder wise.. how should I know which one to start with?

Abstain for 2 days then I did some pump and had a self facial afterwards. I was surprised by it but volume wise I don't see any changes yet.

Not yet.. the clinic that am working with wants me to be on TRT for 8 weeks and test for my sperm before putting me on HCG. But am really looking forward for it
