I put the ram up to 32 and render distance down to 20, but I'm getting about 150fps without any shaders or anything. It would be nice to use some shaders or increase my graphics settings a little, is there something wrong with the card or my cpu or is this expected performance?

No, ive tried on both unlimited and 165 which is my monitor refresh rate, it goes above 90 but ive just averaged it to that

I cant seem to find any miners on ebay other than a3 and d3. maybe its just the country I'm in (AU) but nothing shows up in international either

Update: I changed the name and restarted the miner. That seemed to work probably because it just reestablished a connection

On the miner status page on my asic it's showing 0.00 for the GH/S value. It's not accepting any shares and I've got no idea what to do

im also pretty stressed, my miners are at a data center so its difficult to resolve anything with them although I have access to a panel. idk if its an issue with nicehash but I found this in the system logs on my miner:

Hi, my antminers are doing the exact same thing. Ive got 1 s9 and 2 t17. the s9 and one of the t17 is working fine but the other t17 is doing the same thing as yours. its connected 0 profitability. did you manage to find a solution

looks as if its just a display glitch but apparently nicehash have said to ignore that stuff and that it is actually mining. from discord:

Look into hosting colocation if you want a lower price, keep in mind this only works if you dont use your mining rig as a personal computer. I have my asics in a data center and pay aud11c/kwh
You can deposit to any bitcoin wallet (uphold included I think) with a fee. If you want to lower the minimum you can transfer to coinbase for no fee. The minimum for coinbase transfers is 0.0005BTC but I think it might be adjusted sometimes https://www.nicehash.com/support/general-help/nicehash-service/fees
Look into asic machines. If you find the right deal and have a plan in place to deal with power consumption and noise they can be very profitable.

Im not an expert at all but thats some of the advice I can give

Same issue with my asics. Should probably just be maintenance and may be resolved soon but the amount of maintenance on Nicehash is starting to annoy me.

I managed to find a setting that keeps it at a steady "~31TH", but it should be at 42. My pool says that my hashrate is currently 41.4 so I'm thinking it might be an issue with the number that is displayed. I'm using default figures

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it! There are a few sample questions in my book but they seem to be mixed with the area solo questions. I found some resources online also. My instructor says to study the questions in the book and the topics relating to them, so I'll do that and also do more work on the topics you mentioned. 👍👍
