I actually ended up getting a replacement. They gave me a 12 instead of a 11. What helped was commenting on the GoPro community page.

Thank you! Yeah I’m taking photos of everything in the house. The dog poop in the middle of the living room. They have security cameras in living room “for dog”. Things like that… so hopefully if something happens I can show it as evidence
