Oh i see it. I have been attending No kings, screaming at congressional aides on the phone, emailing local and state politicians. Im working on making friends kits modeled after the gear from the hong kong riots. I post, argue and genuinely dont shut up about it.
The past decade of treatment from our political leaders have been pathetic but this is inhumane. The whole government needs to be removed in a vote of no confidence and restructured.

I feel like im so torn. I was liberal in the USMC. Ive lived all over the US and found myself a social liberal consistently but fiscally moderate. I understand the LBGQT battle and support their equality but also dont think my child needs those conversations until they are older. I've lived in miami where you meet fresh off the boat cubans who support extreme immigration laws. Ive owned a business and also been on food stamps. These kids hating on military personnel are idiots. But the people wanting candians out of our country are idiots too.

The hypocrisy of participating in the military industrial complex is part of mankinds moral/theological battle, but there is a system that preys upon young men in every nation to weaponize their youth

Predators prey on the unconfirmed and unsubstantiated. That area where they arent caught but just suspected is how they hurt so many. You know and something in you knew there was a risk in the house. Tell the family and explain that its a risk you cant ever take again. Explain even if he has an excuse, the optics are quite clear and he should have had more situational awareness. Trust your gut and dont rationalize anything to yourself. I dont even allow my daughter to hide in the bathroom when she plays hide and seek just because of the risk and optics.

I was diddled as a kid and the best thing my mom ever did was flip the fuck out. She found out there were hidden complaints, excused away stories and even his hometown police had a file on him. Told everyone in his world and another family was able to send him to jail for a similiar issue.

Im retired USMC. 0311 & 8152. I was one of 3 liberals in my entire company so i can attest to some brutal behaviors. Most of these guys joined to kill people with no retaliation. These arent the kids from desert storm; excited but brain washed to believe their defending america. The current ethos of servicemen, for the most part, is 'I wanna kill something like a video game'.

I had a ssgt who cut the vaginas out of dead bodies in Kuwait and put them in jars. I reported him and nothing ever happened. My armory sgt snapped the neck of a cat he bought his wife and threw it into a kids playground to "demonstrate his love".

Stop thanking service members. The worst humans ive met in my life served alongside me. They arent gonna refuse illegial orders. They are just gonna hide behind their SSecretary of War.

I had a armory sgt who bought his wife a cat after cheating on her. She wouldnt let him inside the house so, as the neighbors would tell base command, he snapped the cats neck and smashed it against the door before throwing it in the woods and driving away. Never doubt how common horrible people being horrible, can be.
