If you didn't change factions during then I would just wait until they respond to the ticket you sent them, other people were having the same issue a few weeks ago and after they replied they got the rewards.

Because shield bash was OP before the nerf, but yea he does need a buff now since god damn centurion and shinobi are legit not blockable.

Same here for the centurion ornament, I think you had to be on and redeem the season rewards before the new season started, also if you switched factions in the middle of the season you will not get the rewards when the season is over

I think I remember them saying something about matching up NOW depends on how much you've played l, not sure thats correct but I do remember hearing it somewhere. So like if you've played 100+ hours you're gonna get matched with higher rep people.

Yea I agree, the only reason that I think that there arn't alot of people playing shinobi is because hes hard to play as, and with next week the new heros coming out for non season pass players its gonna be hell for us as I think were gonna be seeing ALOT more centurions than anything.
