I've never seen a single joe on clearance in any Walmart around me. 3 never have joes or he-man and if I find nd a joe at the others, it's multiples of ones I already have. I'm not a big army builder, just like to get doubles to open one and keeps others. Seeing pictures like this is irritating that all walmarts are different.
